TJ Global is a growing company and looking to recruit shift manager to work in Lahore, 

  • The required candidate must be able to speak English with highest proficiency and preferably with British or American accent. The candidate must demonstrate a natural passion and drive to improve, enhance and add value to the operations.
  • A passion for excellent service with a drive to excel
  • A ‘Can do’ attitude
  • IT literate with previous experience of using Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and customer service skills
  • Take ownerships of successes, failures and strives to meet goals
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
  • Knowledge of working on Time gate or any other rostering software.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of working within HSE procedures & processes in the working environment
  • Ability to work as an individual but also as part of a team
  • A professional image with an immaculate appearance and presentation
  • Process driven but with a flexible and adaptable approach to improve and meet business requirements
  • Demonstrates integrity and respect at all times
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Available to work on nights as well as on days.
  • Must not have a criminal record.
