We are looking for CSR for evening and night shifts
Maintain a high standard Customer Service.
Responsible for deal with customers directly or through application portal
Able to track deliveries through application GPRS
Get customer feedback on daily basis
Able to use Google maps
Able to effectively manage and communicate with delivery teams and drivers.
Able to successfully record number of deliveries
Excellent English written and verbal Skills.
