Compliance Executive

The Compliance Executive will be responsible for designing and developing the SOPs for all department and the compliance of those procedures in the daily work routine.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze Daily/ weekly or monthly KPI reports on individual and team performance for the leadership team reporting on quality and other operational metrics related to quality
Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
Working with all the departments to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
Discuss the problems with each department to minimize the ambiguities
Writing management and technical reports if required
Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
Monitoring performance

Qualification and Experience:

Min Bachelors in the relevant field
2-3 years of related experience
Proven experience of making and implementation of SOPs.
Previous Compliance/ Control assurance experience in a Software house, or similar environment.

Skills required:

Attention to detail
Data collection and analysis
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Strong computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office
Problem analysis and creative problem solving
Planning and organizing
Critical thinking/decision-making
Salesforce experience will be a plus
