Customer Support Executive

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidate holding 3 - 4 years’ experience in International Customer Support domain. Candidate will be responsible for taking live calls from US, live chat and emails correspondence directly with customers/ clients.

Education and Experience

Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
Relevant product knowledge and training
Experience in an International Customer Support chain would be preferred
Basic business administration knowledge

Job Description:
