As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to online shoppers. Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone, to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
  2. Product Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, promotions, pricing, and availability to customers.
  3. Order Processing: Help customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any issues related to their online purchases.
  4. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to achieve a positive resolution for both the customer and Walmart/Amazon.
  5. Technical Support: Assist customers with technical issues related to the website or mobile app, guiding them through troubleshooting steps or escalating the matter as needed.
  6. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance the customer's shopping experience and increase revenue.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions adhere to customer service standards and policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  8. Feedback and Reporting: Gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and report insights to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  9. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with products, services, and policies to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.
  10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other virtual assistants and teams to share knowledge, improve processes, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
