We’re a tech community looking for a talented and knowledgeable Graphic Designer with fresh, creative ideas and an excellent eye for details. All our frontend and backend developers are Themeforest level developers so be ready to work with that level type.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating graphics for websites, marketing campaigns, infographics, blog images, digital ads, flyers, and social media images.
- Take the initiative to understand business needs and marketing requirements to devise captivating design solutions for integrated marketing plans.
- Generating ideas and concepts for various marketing and advertising deliverables.
- Collaborating with various teams and leadership on ideation and strategic decisions.
Skills required:
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently and proactively.
- Professional and effective communication skills – both verbal and written. Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to research and translate design trends into graphic concepts that communicate clearly to the customer.
- Proficient in graphic design software.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a team.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good project and time management skills, and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.
Important Note:
B.A./B.S. or equivalent preferably with a background in graphic design or marketing, plus 1-3 years’ experience in graphic design, publications, and/or web design. Previous arts experience preferred. Ability to work comfortably on Macintosh with excellent knowledge of Adobe CS4 or higher (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop). Proficiency in HTML a plus. Must be motivated, highly organized, able to multitask, and detail oriented. Must possess excellent time-management and communication skills. Above all, must have a great sense of humor!
