We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong understanding of video editing techniques, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life. As a Video Editor, you will work closely with our creative team to produce engaging and compelling video content.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished product that meets the company's visual and storytelling standards.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Trim, cut, and synchronize video clips to create seamless, visually appealing sequences.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance the overall quality of videos.
Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the final product.
Review and edit video scripts for clarity and conciseness.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video editing techniques and tools.
Manage and organize video files and assets efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members, including videographers, graphic designers, and producers.
Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
Strong knowledge of video codecs, file formats, and export settings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
