We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Manager to oversee and streamline the end-to-end clothing production process at our boutique. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality garment manufacturing, timely delivery, and efficient coordination between designers, tailors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and monitor boutique production operations.
Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, and tailors to meet order deadlines.
Manage raw material sourcing and inventory levels.
Implement quality control standards at every stage of production.
Track production costs and optimize for efficiency.
Handle vendor and supplier communications.
Maintain production timelines and resolve delays or issues.
Ensure adherence to brand quality, style, and fit.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fashion or textile production (preferably in boutiques).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and tailoring processes.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production software/tools is a plus.
