At Capital we cater for a broad client base, which includes Govt. Concern, multinational conglomerates, the UN agencies, and the prestigious diplomatic corps. All our clients enjoy the services that we offer under a contract umbrella. At Capital we have a fourth department called the "Customer Relations Department" prime objective of which is to look-into the client complaints / needs, enabling them in-turn for self correction. The sophisticated clientele we cater for except our very best and we try and provide efficient and fast services, adding more & more feathers to our hat. Automobile Industry in Pakistan is the second largest growing industry. Increased competition has induced the strive for improved services. Pioneer Garage was established in 1937 initially in Kampala, Uganda (East Africa), where extensive automobile services were offered for the first time. Later the first garage services offered in Islamabad at the time, it catered for the diplomatic clients and the government.
