Telesales Representatives shall be responsible for managing outbound calls by providing individualized customer service at professional level and increase brand awareness about products and services provided.
He / she will be responsible to initiate sales with potential customers and achieve sales targets.
He / she will also be responsible for day to day sales from pre-sales to post sales activities.
