Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges creatively.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a creative team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- A deep understanding of branding, design, and storytelling principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
