Trainee Functional Consultant – Dynamics

Folio3 is offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to receive technical training and gain practical experience within its Dynamics division. This role is tailored to help candidates build expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP by collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and support solution implementation. The position provides hands-on involvement across various stages of ERP deployment, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support. It is an ideal starting point for individuals looking to develop a career in ERP consulting and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing customers’ business requirements, needs, and objectives to design appropriate solutions within Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Support the preparation of solution designs and conduct gap analysis for business requirements not covered by standard Dynamics ERP functionality.
- Help draft functional specifications for gaps requiring customization by the technical team.
- Participate in process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate the Dynamics ERP solution to clients, ensuring clear communication of features and benefits.
- Assist in developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and guide customers through the UAT process, resolving any issues that arise.
- Contribute to the development of data migration strategies and templates, overseeing data upload activities into Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Ensure a smooth and timely cutover to Dynamics ERP by addressing risks identified during data migration and earlier implementation phases.
- Provide post-go-live support and assist in upselling additional support services when necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- ACCA affiliate or finalist status.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to effectively understand and address client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is preferred but not mandatory.
