Primary Function / Purpose:

The pool of consultants is required in each province to support the program team in the development of the training curriculum and monitor the field trainings as and when required.

Locations:

1.  Sindh

2.  Punjab

3.  Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

4.  Balochistan

Major duties and responsibilities

  • Provide insights/comments for improvement of the training materials, methodologies and post-training facilitation/follow-up.
  • Assist in research and preparation of training materials such as handbooks, handouts, training manuals, training evaluation tools, etc.
  • Monitor the online/in-person training using prescribed monitoring tools and guidelines provided.
  • Develop training monitoring reports based on the reporting standards, templates, and requirements.
  • Facilitate Master Trainers and training participants if required.
  • Facilitate online/in-person training sessions per the training materials.
  • Prepare and submit training reports.
  •  Digitize and analyze training data.
