The person should be expert in the following working areas:
- Providing Necessary support to clients in case of any connectivity issues.
- Deployment of Huawei Network Cloud Engine NCE-FAN.
- Providing Necessary support to clients in case of any connectivity issues.
- Providing on field support to client in case of any issues in data connectivity, bandwidth, or hardware issues.
- Routing and giving instructions to fiber teams in case of fiber cut.
- Performing OTDR at NOC or at client Premises in case of fiber cut or pressure in fiber and giving exact location to fiber team.
- Heading New Deployment activities.
- POP shifting activities.
- Patch cords maintenance and POP end.
- Fiber splicing.
- Install, configure, and maintain Systems, network and desktop hardware and other peripherals, software and New Network Element’s Installation and commissioning.
- Adaptability to work in shifts
Skills,Expertise and Hands on Experience
- Hands-On Experience in optical fiber and OSP network deployment
- Knowledge of data center and telecom equipment installation
- Analytical and report writing skills
Education and Experience
- 2+Years hands on experience
- Bachelor's in engineering (Telecom/Computer/Electronics)
