Transdata software division is looking for Tech Team Leads for multiple tech stacks.

Location: Lahore (Johar Town / Shadman)

Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in one of these:
Mobile Development
Python
Full Stack Development
ROR
Blockchain (3+ years exp. required)
Machine Learning (3+ years exp. required)
Sound concepts of OOP, Databases, Data Structures and good algorithm writing skills.
Must required: Strong english verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is someone who has strong appetite for learning emerging frameworks.
This job required fast paced hands on programming.
Other than hands on programming, the Lead will supervise team of engineers in developing elegant solutions to complex problems
Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
Participate in the full software development lifecycle
Foster a culture of fast iteration and experimentation, balanced by a long-term technical vision
Provide code reviews and architectural leadership while coaching and mentoring team members to enable them to achieve a high level of success
Work closely and cross-functionally with other leaders to align technical vision to product and operational needs and contribute to design and architecture decisions
