Level 1 & 2 Technical Support Agent (Chat & Email)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prompt chat & email responses to customers
• Provide real-time support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
• Email coordination with customers
• Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
• Customer-centric & Problem-solving attitude
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
Job Specification:
• Bachelor or above
• Age limit: 18-30
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Good Typing speed: at least 45 WPM
• Flexibility & Adaptability
• Knowledge of email set up i.e SMTP pop
• Hosting Cpanel
• DNS
• PC and laptop troubleshooting
Salary : 50k to 60k
