5+ years of experience developing social media creative assets (agency experience preferred)
Highly creative, visual, and able to generate ideas and see projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Develop innovative, creative campaign concepts that increase brand awareness, solidify loyalty, and ultimately drive sales.
Initiating creative development from conceiving the big idea to conceptualizing, copywriting of the communications in collaboration with the internal design team.
Provide on-set art direction for on-figure and still life photography and motion shoots.
Mentor designers to produce their best work and help them grow in their role. Give regular training, assign, schedules, and coaches’ graphic design team.
Work closely with Creative lead and design team to ensure the quality of design throughout.
Research best-in-class and brand-appropriate images/motion content for creative reviews and audits
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to make sure designs are possible and meet goals and as per brand guidelines.
An outstanding creative portfolio is a must
Deep knowledge of typography, visual theory, color theory, and composition
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and must be familiar with all the graphic designing tools.
Skill with a camera (still photography or video)
Skill with animation or motion graphics
Should have understanding of marketing fundamentals and can explain the difference between brand and creative strategy
High level of taste and aesthetic sense. A critical eye and an obsessive attention to detail
