A fastest growing China Mobile company(Infinix, Tecno & Itel Mobile) requires a Mobile App/Website Specialist for Lahore Office. Following are the job description:

1. Training to customers on our products and services

2. Audit online shop information and start the sign-up process between merchant and Carlcare, maintain the relationship between the Carlcare and merchants( involves some external training work) ;

3. Make posts & answers customers

4. Have to understand user personas to be acquired and find channel-market fit to drive sustainable growth

5. Organize activities to get more app users and online merchants

The candidate should be able to monitor:

1. APP/website registered users

2. The number of users who used our function

3. The number of online merchants

Desired Candidate:

1. Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.

2. Good communication skills

3. Have intermediate knowledge about a smartphone.

Priority will be given to those who have similar experience or organized offline activities preferably in the Mobile industry.
