We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious Solar Installer to join our growing operations. If you have hands-on experience with solar panel installations and are passionate about renewable energy, this is the opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
Install solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and batteries as per design specifications
Perform site surveys, measurements, and basic troubleshooting
Ensure all electrical and structural installation work complies with safety and quality standards
Work with the technical support team for on-site adjustments or client concerns
Maintain tools, safety gear, and installation documentation
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of installed systems
Qualifications & Skills:
1–2 years of experience in solar panel installation or electrical fieldwork
Diploma/Certification in Electrical, Solar Technology, or related technical trade
Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation manuals
Strong understanding of safety procedures and use of tools
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Good communication and teamwork skills
