Travel Track SMC is a holiday and travel company with registered offices in London, UK and Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant to manage our company's financial records (both Pakistan & UK offices) and provide professional support in managing the commercials.
Key resposibilities will include:
- Maintain ledger and keep track of all financial transactions
- Keep track of all invoices and payments to suppliers
- Keep and maintain company expenditure record
- Provide monthly reporting on banking transactions (including revenue vs spend)
- Manage and provide monthly Profit & Loss reports
- Provide accurate records and reporting to management accountant for legal reporting
- Prepare and submit yearly annual financial reports for legal purposes
Preffered candidate must have the following:
- At least bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA qualified
- Must have at least 4-5 years experience of managing accounts and books
- Must know the legal requirements and process for submitting annual accounts for legal purposes
- Must have a working level knowledge of English language
- Must have good Excel skills and good knowledge of finance software/systems
- Ability to work under pressure
