Job Description-:
- Communicating with clients and potential customers and responding to inquiries about Gerry's services and offerings
- Booking airline tickets and offering holiday packages.
- Assisting the customers regarding the destination they can travel to as per their budget.
- Planning and organizing travels, booking tickets, reserving accommodation, managing rental and transportation.
- Process all confirmed bookings via the company’s internal reservations system
- Contacting potential customers and responding to queries.
- Following up with customers regarding bookings and payments.
- Informing clients about cancelation policies and penalties.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
