Travista Future Consultants is seeking a dynamic and experienced Visa Counselor to join our team. As a Visa Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate the complexities of visa applications to successfully obtain the necessary permissions for travel or immigration.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation.
Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately and efficiently.
Review client applications to ensure all necessary documents are included and meet regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about the status of their application and any additional requirements.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients to expedite visa processing.
Stay updated on changes to visa regulations and requirements to provide the most current information to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application details.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Law, or a related discipline.
Proven work experience as a Visa Counselor, Visa Specialist, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in additional languages is preferred but not required.
