Trax Online Private Limited is urgently seeking profiles for the position of HR Executive for our office based in Lahore:

Responsibilities:

Supporting the staff regarding their queries and providing clarity on company policies
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
Maintaining attendance and leave management
Supporting for smooth disbursement of salaries and resolving staff’ queries
Maintaining MIS of employees & process full and final settlement
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing till onboarding.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employee
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation / employees’ grievances issues
Regularly coordinate with supervisors for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems regarding employees’ performance etc.
Performing any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive, go-getter attitude
Management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
At least 1- 3 years of relevant experience
