Develop and maintain code for the middleware application and overarching tools using Sprint Boot and Node.

This requires demonstrable experience working with Spring Boot and preferably with Spring Cloud in a microservices environment.
Usage of git for everyday version control (branching, merging and maintenance)
Develop and test REST based API's, where most work would be on Spring Boot but some work could be on NodeJS.
This requires some basic experience and willingness to learn Typescript and Node
API testing experience using Postman
Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
Ability to understand software architecture documents/ diagrams and should be able to translate them into high level module design and implementation
Understanding and implementation of security (OWASP) and data protection (Data at rest and transit)
