Job Responsibilities

Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business, and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients.
Follow up with clients by phone, regarding payments against their Mortgage Payment Plan and follow the defined procedures as required when clients deviate from defined plans.
Ensure all necessary information and documentation is submitted for the Mortgage Servicing Tasks and provide support and help coordinate with the External Vendors in the event of an Asset Recovery or Foreclosure scenario.
Provide customers with information requested through verbal or written correspondence and maintain accurate records related to their documentation.
Competes mortgage financing by monitoring collection, verification, and preparation of mortgage finance a documentation; scheduling and completing mortgage closing.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective customers.
Cater to general client queries related to Trellis Housing Finance Products and the Trellis Mortgage Process on call and also in person if required.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution

Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal, Communication and Computer skills.

Salary: PKR 35,000 to 45,000

Location: Lahore

Pakistan housing finance-GDP ratio is one of the lowest in the world ; 0.25% (South Asia: 3%, Bangladesh: 3%, India: 11%). Trellis mission is to fill this gap by providing affordable green mortgage solutions to low and middle income groups in Pakistan. This is expected to significantly boost financial inclusion, home ownership and economic activity in the country. The senior management team has a combined experience of over 150 years in affordable housing, international banking, hedge funds, capital markets and financial technology.
