Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Plan and coordinate operational activities to ensure seamless execution of tasks and efficient resource utilization for the financing origination and servicing-related tasks.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure operational performance.
Communication and coordination with the relevant departments and vendors (Lawyers, verification agents, valuators, etc) to ensure Applications are processed within the defined TAT’s.
Design, implement, and manage operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Continuously evaluate processes for improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes.
Streamline operations to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operations professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Identify training and development needs and provide coaching and guidance to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Ensure the departmental SOP’s are documented and updated when required.
Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to address any operational compliance issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, working with the Partnerships team when negotiating contracts and service-level agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Collaborate with the technology team to leverage innovative solutions and systems for operational efficiency.
Support in the testing and roll-out of new technology features.
Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy in all operational systems and processes.

Trellis Housing Finance Limited is looking for a bright, well-rounded and ambitious individuals who can take on a broad roles in helping it set up operations in Pakistan. Pakistan is faced with a housing shortage of 10 million currently growing by 1 million every year. The population, 80% without a bank account, has been starved off house financing solutions for years. Pakistan housing finance-GDP ratio is one of the lowest in the world ; 0.25% (South Asia: 3%, Bangladesh: 3%, India: 11%). Trellis mission is to fill this gap by providing affordable green mortgage solutions to low and middle income groups in Pakistan. This is expected to significantly boost financial inclusion, home ownership and economic activity in the country. The senior management team has a combined experience of over 150 years in affordable housing, international banking, hedge funds, capital markets and financial technology.
