We are currently seeking an experienced Estimating Engineer to serve as an Owner's Representative for an ongoing project. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the project's success by providing accurate cost estimations, conducting scope and bid leveling, analyzing plans for scope changes, and comparing plans to identify justifiable changes that may require a change order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed cost estimations, scope and bid leveling, and analysis of project plans for scope changes.
- Compare and overlay plans to identify justifiable changes that may necessitate a change order.
- Prepare proposals for justifiable changes, utilizing the RSMeans tool and other reliable resources for cost derivation.
- Document all online information, calculations, and formulas used, referencing reliable resources.
- Build estimates into a man-hour estimate Excel format, following provided guidelines.
- Critically review plans and perform scope leveling, adjusting scopes as necessary due to changes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in estimating engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in RSMeans tool and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically review plans and identify scope changes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Salary: PKR 145,000 to 160,000 per month
