Tresal is looking for a “Technical Recruiter” based at our Lahore Office. We are also open to a Remote candidate, either full or part-time. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in recruitment of technology professionals and a proven track record of success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
· Identify the staffing needs of the organization
· Develop job descriptions and staffing plans to fulfill vacancies
· Conduct multi-pronged search to identifying candidates that meet the job requirements – job posts, resume databases, linked-in, message boards, networking, and other forums
· Screen potential candidates based on phone interviews and defined selection criteria, ensuring that candidates have a clear and concise idea regarding the job responsibilities, salary and benefits, and other pertinent information
· Request references and check the suitability of candidates
· Conduct in-person interviews with short-listed candidates
· Negotiate salaries and benefits
· Manage the on-boarding program, by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for smooth transition into the company
· Other tasks as per management discretion
Policies Development
· Develop policies and procedure documentation related to HR
· Continuously review recruitment processes to enhance the success of the recruitment function
REQUIREMENTS
· 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the technology space
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Ability to work independently and set own priorities
