Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager and the individual oversees our organization's daily activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. He/She plays a vital role in coordinating various departments and streamlining operations to enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities:

Ensure cost-effective operations and enhance management systems and best practices.
Procure materials, optimize inventory, and streamline warehouse efficiency.
Ensure legal compliance and formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Utilize financial data for profitability improvement, budget management, and forecasting.
Oversee quality controls, monitor production KPIs, lead Staff recruitment, and training, and elevate customer service quality.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
Maintain adequate, trained, and motivated staff of department personnel and ensure compliance with Company personnel policies and all governmental health, safety, and employment practices.
Promote forward thinking and assist in the development of plans and procedures that enhance company performance in response to changing market conditions.

Experience & Requirements:

Must have 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field (Fashion and Retail Industry)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and quality skills.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel in order to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth.
Understanding of budgetary process and fiscal responsibility requirements.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Advanced computer skills and multi-tasking ability.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Business Management from a reputed institute or equivalent.
