TX Dynamics seeks an energetic and driven Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with project managers and team members to develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring that deadlines are met
- Ensuring that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Communicating with clients to keep them informed of project status and progress
- Identifying potential issues and risks and developing contingency plans
- Providing administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in technology, business administration, or a BBA Degree.
- Knowledge of a project coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
