TX-Dynamics seeks to add Software Quality Assurance Engineer to the team. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the Service Now platform, the ability to multi-task, manage a variety of different projects at once, and possess exceptional communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Write and manage manual and testing in ServiceNow using Framework (ATF)
Review and plan test cases, and complete testing in a timely manner to minimize defects prior to User Acceptance Testing
Write test cases and assist with building a regression testing library
Organize, schedule, and execute regression tests as needed
Provide feedback and recommendations on software usability, quality-of-life features, and functionality
Ability to manage assigned tasks, projects, and documentation, maintain milestones, and work with peers and supervisors effectively
Ability to clearly communicate, effectively follow up with team members, and oversee many projects at once.
Document new software enhancements and procedures from a testing perspective as applicable
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospective
