TYRE MASTERS PAKISTAN is looking for a salesperson for Head Office located in Gulberg-2, Lahore

The saleperson is required to liaison/contact existing dealers/customers on the telephone and follow up for recovery of payments.
Generating leads and making a survey report on new dealers.
Basic Pay is Rs 25000/ , however with competency and performance, the pay can range up to Rs 40000 or even more with targets as per company policy plus commission
Incentives will depend of performance and achievement of targets. Periodically, targets are changed as per company policy.
Area for sale will be allotted by C.E.O as per Company policy
Make sales to dealers by obtaining payment from clients through the bank.
Good at coordination and inventory record keeping.
Good at tallying ledger with dealers/parties and account staff.
Should be able to maintain manual ledgers for sale and recovery
Can make invoice on software training can be given for orientation with company software.
Male Staff will have to visit the dealer's shop in the area of responsibility for Business Development, Promotion of Brand, and Sale of Tyres to meet company targets and knowledge of customers.
Good at the recovery of payments against Invoices.
Sunday is off during weak. National gazetted holidays will be observed as holidays.
Job Type: Full-time from 9 am to 6:15 pm but in the morning employee is required to reach the office 15 Minutes early so that he/she can set up the office and desk.

Sales Representative Requirements:

Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Good communication skills.
Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
Experience using computers being good at Microsoft word and excel
Needs to provide Two references and write an agreement for service at least 2 to 5 years.
Problematics and habitual in absenting from duty persons are not welcomed in the company.
Pleasing person, courteous and well manners with good dressing person is required
An honest and decent person is needed.
