Pakistan's Premier Real Estate Developer and Marketing Company intends to hire Manager Recovery for its Projects. The incumbent should perform the following tasks but not limited to:-

Delinquency management of assigned buckets & products as per laid down procedures & policies of the company.
Plan, manage & execute a strategy to achieve collection targets.
Ensure collection targets are met as per time schedule.
Maintain a record of all settled agreements made with the customers.
Update reports in MIS for review by the supervisor/management.
Regular recovery of installments of the projects.
Analyse client visits on daily basis and update database.
Follow up clients and maintain a log book.
Maintain liaison with Branch Managers for timely recoveries.
Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
