eSpark Consulting Group is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user research, wireframing, and UX structure planning, with a genuine enthusiasm for creating user-centered digital experiences. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to deliver intuitive and engaging design solutions that improve user satisfaction and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather actionable insights. Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios that guide design decisions and enhance user understanding. Create and iterate low-fidelity wireframes and UX structures in partnership with UI designers and developers. Translate research findings into effective, user-friendly designs that meet both user needs and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design strategies align with product goals. Actively participate in ideation sessions by contributing user-centric ideas and innovative solutions. Support usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design effectiveness. Maintain detailed documentation including research plans, usability reports, and test scripts to support design processes. Contribute to the development and refinement of design systems and usability guidelines. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. At least one year of hands-on experience in UX or hybrid UI/UX design roles. Proficiency with wireframing and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq. Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative user research methods. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Basic knowledge of UI principles and interaction design is advantageous. Experience working within Agile or Scrum workflows is preferred. Familiarity with user behavior analysis tools like Maze, Hotjar, or Google Analytics is a plus. Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is highly valued. A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process, including research, wireframes, and UX structure planning, is essential.

The position offers annual salary increments, paid time off to support work-life balance, flexible working hours, and Provident Fund contributions for long-term financial security. This is a full-time, in-person role with a monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
