Requirements
- You have at least 2+ years of demonstrated experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading a team of recruiting professionals
- Experience of office management
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Must have strong knowledge about Social Media
- Excellent interview skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Team leading and team management skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all recruitment, scheduling and conducting interviews
- Lead and manage the team
- Must be highly motivated, very disciplined and very work focused.
- Supervise staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage and mentor team of Recruiters
- Analyse employees’ work and discuss with manager about the employees’ work progress.
