An ecommerce company is looking for a Customer Service & Ecommerce Fulfilment Representative in Lahore. Are you excited to work at a fast growing company, learning about e-comm and have an impact on our client's experience? We have the perfect job for you.

We wish from you that have:

Successful completion of a college diploma or equivalent experience.
1+ years of successful customer service and/or sales experience.
Experience working in a software, technical and/or e-commerce organization, providing customer service and/or sales support.
Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
Ability to think on your feet, by assessing, planning and strategic troubleshooting.
Self-motivated and driven professional.
Addressing customer queries and follow-ups
Ecommerce orders fulfilment, dispatching & follow-ups
Strong analytical skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
You have experience or interest in E-Commerce.
Good English communication skills.

In this role, you will be:

Responsible for handing customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
Provide customer follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied.
Responsible for keeping customer records and processing customer orders.
Responsible to know all product use, benefits and pricing structure.
Traveling with in the city for various other tasks as required.
