Job Summary:

  • As a Female Virtual Assistant, you will supply administrative and personal support to clients remotely.
  • You will be responsible for handling tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, making phone calls, conducting research, managing social media accounts, and other administrative tasks.
  • You should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and time management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize emails, schedules, and appointments for clients
  • Conduct research and provide summaries on various topics as needed
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  • Handle phone calls and respond to messages on behalf of clients
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
  • Conduct online research and compile reports.
  • Liaise with other team members and clients as necessary.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Please Do not Apply for this Job if  You're not Fluent in English and Don't have good computer Knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal ENGLISH communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using software and tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with online communication tools such as Skype and Zoom
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required

Working Conditions: This is a remote position that allows you to work from home or any location with a reliable internet connection and a good computer with a reliable internet and power back up.

Typical working hours are Eastern US TIme 8 am to 5 pm in the client's time zone. It means 4 PM - 2 AM Pakistan Time. If you can not compromise on your sleep/have duties to attend during these hours then this job is not for you.

We are NOT looking for Freelancers who just want to make a side income while continuing their Freelance work. we need someone who wants to work full time on permanent basis.
