Unisons International is looking for a Marketing Manager in Steel Sector to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to architect a sales strategy.
The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
- The incumbent must have MBA Marketing
- Fluent in English
- At least 6 year experience in sales and marketing
- The incumbent will be responsible for the sale and marketing in Steel Sector.
- Bring new client in assigned area
- To work closely with the client and their staff members in meting monthly targets.
- Must have experience in B2B/B2C environment for developing and maintain strong relationships with costumers
- To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sales promotional activities properly.
- Effective management of branding activities in order to build a strong brand presence in the market
- Increase market penetration to develop and increase the sales base.
Responsibilities:
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company sales goals
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecast and KPI reporting for the sales forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Work collaboratively across teams including Engineering, product and marketing.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key costumers both externally and internally
- Sales target of the region
- Collection targets of the region
- Business expansion in the respective region
- Healthy relationship with the costumer
