  • To Head the maintenance team.
  • Supervise monthly Maintenance related procurements.

  • Handling of all Maintenance Contracts of all related areas.
  • Supervision of Complaint Management System, and reporting.
  • Implementation of cost saving initiatives in function of the bank that come under him/her.
  • Yearly budget planning for functions of his/her department.
  • All approvals and settlements/payments of all utilities of Pan Pakistan Branches/Offices.
  • All approvals initiations and dealings related to settlements of Billing of related functions.
