We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Cross sales officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our customer relationships by promoting and cross-selling various banking products and value-added services.

- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of various banking products and value-added services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in product offerings.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling based on customer profiles.
- Recommend products and services that align with the specific needs and preferences of customers.
- Convince customers to subscribe to relevant banking products or value-added services.
- Highlight the unique features and advantages of each product, emphasizing their value to the customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
