Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance of TAT for fulfilment.
Attendance and Punctuality is maintained to achieve the productivity target
Ensure all discrepancies in on-boarding are addressed timely
Maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders especially branches and CPU.
Recognize that all customer and company information is confidential and proprietary and is provided to you for the exclusive purpose of servicing customer requests; any other use of this information is prohibited. Confidential and proprietary information may not be copied, reproduced, or disseminated in any way
Be a team player and support team in achieving overall targets.
