As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to manage, supervise and motivate the team to unleash their full capacity and achieve the target goals.

Responsibilities:

Establish and foster a strong working relationship with Leasing Team and clients.
Implements an effective leasing procedure from receiving leads, client meet ups and house viewings, follow-up system till the contract signing.
Develops a strategic plan for client retention.
Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
Work on exclusive company projects and initiate successful integration of development plans.
Ensure that company standards, protocols, and procedures are well implemented to the Leasing Consultants.
Accurately review contracts, listings, and reports.
Exhibit strong negotiating skills in pitching deals to clients.
Reports daily to the Director of the target set to achieve and how it is integrated with the whole team.

Requirements:

Real Estate Experience is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English Skills.
Good Negotiating, Communication, and networking skills.
Confident and well Presented/Smartly dressed.
Self-driven, Hardworking, Outgoing, Ambitious and Reliable.
Good computer literacy
