Factory Manager ( Frozen Food)

4. Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products to meet customer demand without excessive holding costs or stockouts. Implementing inventory tracking systems and optimizing inventory turnover rates are key aspects of this objective.

5. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment for employees by enforcing safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations. This includes providing appropriate training, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
