Universal Information System (UIS) invites you to submit resumes for Account Executive position. UIS is an IT and BPO company managing accounts for a group of companies based in USA, in Transportation and Finance industries.

Responsibilities

Duties include but not limited to the follwoing

Preparation of bank reconciliation and coordination with peers for recording of banking transactions with correct classifications.

Effectively participate and streamline collection process.

Preparation of Management reports, such as, creditor aging report, expenses analysis report, etc.

Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

Summarize current financial status through information, balance sheet, P&L statement and other reports.

Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

Reconciles financial discrepancies

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years working experience in Accounts department

MUST have VERY strong knowledge and command on QUICKBOOKS and MS EXCEL.

STRONG verbal and written ENGLISH communication skills

Computer oriented and proactive in independent internet research and learning

Tolerate stress, plan, organize, attention to details and problem-solving skills

Ability to work IRREGULAR hours and shifts

Compensation

Two yearly bonus
