Responsible for technical assessment of participant’s application for routing, processing and required action.
Responsible for end to end execution of cluster of application assigned, from the pool of applications received counter wise.
Responsible for routing and follow-up of all applications for competent authorities from all routed destination.
Responsible for announcement of decision through email of all applications from competent authorities
Responsible for resolution of all complaints reported and recorded.
Responsible to present participant requests with all required working in front of concerned competent authority
Provide backup support to front desk officers for counseling of participants
Provides technical backup for continual development of advance application processing system including design and development of process flows system development proposals and participant guide/ manuals.
Provide the secretarial support during orientation i.e. managing of orientation kits, inform participants, stage support during event, coordination and follow-ups with the departments/ vendors.
Provide secretarial support during Convocations, i.e. inform participants, managing the good wishes kits, welcome graduates, manage the graduate cards and gown issuance.
Provide guidance through call and personal visits at the required desk.
Supervision of Record Keeping with Assistant Support
Clearance Processing
Supervision of Final Transcript with Assistants Support
Any other task assigned by Head of the department
