We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support the restaurant’s operational goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and handle payroll coordination.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure legal compliance with employment regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and training programs.
- Monitor staff performance and support management in appraisal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
