We are looking for an experienced and passionate WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer at Uptek, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including developing WordPress themes and plugins. We expect you to have a strong understanding of the latest tools, approaches, and standards that go into the WordPress content management systems.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing WordPress themes.
Developing WordPress plugins.
Integrating third-party APIs (Stripe, Drip, Zapier, etc).
Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.
Ensuring performant websites.
Managing all technical aspects of the website.
Ability to keep complex ideas and features simple with great communication skills.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
Experience of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS, TailwindCSS), JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, etc. Experience in Laravel, React/Vue is a plus.
Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, and SVN and package managers such as NPM and Composer.
Experience leading and managing projects.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills.

Work Schedule:

Afternoon shift ( 6 pm - 2 am )
Monday to Friday

Bahria town (Rawalpindi)
