We are searching for an innovative sales & Customer success specialist with an outgoing personality to join our rapidly growing team.

You will be tasked with leading sales and customer outreach and success role.

You should be able to explain the value proposition and interact with new and potential customers, clearly, concisely, and with the right approach.

Top candidates have excellent problem-solving and people skills.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.Coordinating the sales team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires.

Providing product/service demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.

Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.

Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.

Experience in Sales & Customer experience is a huge plus!You'll be responsible for Global Outreach, targeting the US.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is not a must but a plus.Valid CNIC/Driver's license.Covid Vaccination is a must.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to think on your feet.

Excellent customer service and leadership skills.Strong networking abilities.Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.A strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.

Ability to remain professional.Willingness to work overtime if/when required.Positions: On-site, Full-time(9 hours shifts)Timings: night.
