What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

This role is part of the Operations Function and is responsible for the fieldwork(sales, marketing & supervision) for a newly launched Home Services company.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

Our Operations department is responsible for the on-ground execution of services that will help the start-up, establish itself and grow as per the company’s vision.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

· A job with a real impact on start-up

· Be responsible for the end-to-end provision of the company services

· Assist with the development of services scope, goals, and deliverables that support the company’s goals in collaboration with the Head of Operations

· Study & Develop insights to develop effective and efficient customer services management

· Systematically monitor and understand actual market leaders & trends to identify opportunities in the industry

· Provide input to Head of Operations to guide the creative process for the implementation of organization goals
