We are looking for a Head Graphic Designer who will work with the Marketing & Production Department and manage a team of 3 to 4 junior graphic designers.

Key Accountabilities:

The graphic designer will create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner.

This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities:

Design high-level brochures, event backdrops, email templates, landing pages, advertisements, social media posts and other communication materials.
Create mock-ups and templates for sports uniform designs and can create production ready files.
Manage the team of 3 to 4 graphic designers and train them to work on different tasks related to production and marketing team
Responsible for the quality of the work done by the team
Create designs using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.
Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
Create sports uniforms as per the provided guidelines for digital printing.
Review final productions for errors and ensure that final designs are error free and ready for production.
